Ask a question of your own data

Build a question against one of your apps, run it as yourself and save it for the company.

Steps

1. Open Ask a question, choose one of your apps and build the question: what to look at, and for which period.
2. Run it. It runs as you, so it shows only what you are allowed to see, and every figure carries its own currency and the period it covers.
3. Save the question under Saved reports so that the company can open it again. Summary gathers the overview.

Nothing in a report is estimated, projected or filled in: if the data is not there, the report says so.
