Every screen and control named on this page is checked against the product at build time. If a name here does not match your screen, your workspace is on an older release.

Add several products at once

On Materials documents and on price lists you can pick many products from the Browse products panel in one go, instead of one line at a time.

Steps

1. On a receipt, issue, transfer, adjustment, stock count, requisition or request for quotation, open the product field and choose Browse all products….
2. Set a quantity on each product you need, then press Add N products. The first fills the empty line and the rest are added under it, each with its own unit and checks, exactly as if you had picked it alone.
3. On a price list, tick the products instead. Each becomes its own price line, starting from the product’s own price in the list’s currency.
4. Change any price before pressing Add N prices.

A product priced only in another currency starts with an empty price on the list, so nothing is converted without you. Duplicates are never merged.
