What is Forms Suite?

Forms Suite — Build a form, publish it to a link, share it by QR code. Create a form with the questions you need — short answers, long answers, single and multiple choice, dropdowns, numbers, dates, times, email, phone and rating scales. Publish it and the form gets its own web address on your own domain, with a QR code you can print. Anyone with the link can answer without an account. Responses arrive as a list you can read, export, and summarise question by question. This release does not accept file uploads. On the App page it is listed under “Core apps”. 4 of its screens are available today.
