Every screen and control named on this page is checked against the product at build time. If a name here does not match your screen, your workspace is on an older release.

Build a form and share it by link or QR code

Make a form, publish it to its own web address, and read the answers as a list.

Steps

1. Open Build a Form and add the questions you need: short or long answers, single or multiple choice, dropdowns, numbers, dates, times, email, phone and rating scales.
2. Publish it. The form gets its own web address on your own domain and a QR code you can print; Published Links lists the links.
3. Anyone with the link can answer without an account. Read the answers under Responses, export them and see a summary for each question.

Forms do not accept file uploads at present.
