How do core apps and extra apps work?

Every user has a seat tier. A Startup seat may hold up to 5 core apps and 3 extra apps, and one company may hold at most 15 Startup seats. A Premium seat may hold up to 7 core apps and 5 extra apps, with at most 50 Premium seats per company. An Enterprise seat has no app or seat limits. Core apps are the 9 paid applications; extra apps are the 7 applications included within a tier’s allowance. Each seat includes 500 MB of storage. Universal apps come with every seat on every tier and count against neither limit.
