Remove an app

Removing an app removes it for everyone in your company. Your data is not deleted unless you ask for that separately, and you can change your mind for a while.

You need

• platform.apps.uninstall

Steps

1. On the App page, press Uninstall on an installed app.
2. Say why under Why are you removing it? and press Yes, uninstall. Your data stays exactly as it is. Reinstalling brings it all back.
3. To also delete the data, choose Remove and delete and type the app’s name under Name of the app. You can still get this data back until {date}. After that it is gone. Press Keep my data before then to cancel.

If the screen says This will lock your whole account, the app you are removing is the last one your subscription rests on; read the message before confirming.
