When a workspace is suspended

A workspace whose trial or subscription has lapsed is not deleted. It is suspended: read-only for a grace period, then closed to sign-in until billing is put right.

Steps

  1. The sign-in page says so in as many words: “{name} is suspended. Contact billing to restore access.”.
  2. The account owner adds or updates a payment method under Billing. Access returns as soon as the subscription is active again.
  3. Nothing is lost in the meantime: Nothing is deleted. Everything comes back exactly as it was as soon as you subscribe.
