Read the summary the app opens on

Dashboard is where Business Suite opens, and it answers one question: where is work stuck in the chain, and what is still open at each step.

Steps

1. Open Business Suite. It lands on Dashboard by itself, for your business’s own date rather than the server’s.
2. Each card is one queue with work in it — quotations with no answer, orders still to deliver, purchase orders not yet sent, recurring charges due — and opens the screen where that work gets done. You are shown only the cards for screens your role may open.
3. What is open is shown once for each currency. Amounts in different currencies are never added together, and when there are too many documents to total, the card says so rather than showing part of a sum.
4. Further down, the charts show how many documents sit at each step of the chain, what was issued week by week, how quotations ended and where your deals stand. Each chart counts only the documents your role may read.
5. At the foot of the page are the doors to every screen of the app.

A queue the server cannot count is left out rather than drawn as a zero, so an empty page means nothing is waiting — never that nobody looked.
