Ask the assistant: answers, how-to help and actions in every app

The SISC AI assistant works in every app. Ask it about your own figures, ask it how to do something, or ask it to do it — always with your own permissions.

Steps

1. Press SISC AI assistant to open the panel and keep it on Work. Questions about this business and actions inside it. No daily limit.
2. Ask about your business in your own words: which invoices are overdue, who is on leave today, which guests arrive. The answer comes from your company’s data, through the same permission checks as the screens. A list gives the count and names a handful.
3. Ask how to do something, such as how to issue a credit note. The answer comes from this help centre, under From the help centre, with links to the articles, and offers to open the screen that does it.
4. Ask it to do something: add a contact, create a task, e-mail an invoice. Anything that writes shows you what it will do first. Press Run it or Do not run it; nothing is written until you agree.
5. If the assistant is refused while working for you, Explain this finds the article that says what to do next.

The SISC AI Assistant is a separate add-on, and this workspace has not subscribed to it. The account owner can arrange it with SISC.
