Ring a first sale

A sale needs something to sell, a register to sell it at and an open shift on that register.

You need

• pos.products.create
• pos.registers.create
• pos.sales.create

Steps

1. Open POS and add what you sell on Products, grouping them with Categories if you like.
2. Create a till on Registers.
3. Open a shift on Shifts with Open shift, entering the Opening float.
4. Ring the sale on Terminal. If the payment is short the terminal says by how much; it cannot complete until the tenders cover the total.
5. Every completed sale is on Sales; a mistake is put right on Returns, or by voiding the sale with a reason.
