Turn a photographed invoice into a draft sales order, and find your files in SISC AI

Attach the pages of a customer’s order or invoice in the assistant — several photos or a PDF — and it reads them as one document into a draft sales order. Every file you attach is also kept for you in your own SISC Library, in the folder SISC AI.

Steps

1. Attach every page, in order, then press Make a draft sales order from it — or simply type “make this a sales order” (it works in every language, for example “اعمل منها طلب بيع”). Several photos are read together as the pages of one document.
2. If your company has no Business Suite, the button is Make an invoice from it (Accounting): the same reading opens the New invoice form filled in, and nothing is issued until you issue it there.
3. Check the card. The customer is matched to one of your customers, or you choose one, or you press to create the name read — a customer is never made up. Products are matched by barcode, code or name; a line that matches nothing stays a line with a description only, marked “check this”.
4. The totals are worked out the way the sales order will work them out, beside the figures printed on the paper. A difference is shown in words, with both figures.
5. Tick that you checked it and press Create draft sales order. The order is a draft: nothing is confirmed, sent or invoiced. You need the permission to create sales orders (or invoices).
6. Files you attach in the assistant are also saved in SISC Library → My files → SISC AI, in a folder for the month. The answer shows Saved in SISC AI › to open the file. Only you can see it unless you share it.
7. If SISC Library cannot keep a file — storage is full, its safety check refused it, or you may not add files — the assistant still uses the file and tells you why it was not kept. A passport or ID read for a hotel guest is kept only where your country’s rules make the hotel keep ID scans. Without SISC Library nothing is kept, and the paperclip says so.

If the AI cannot answer at all, administrators are told why — for example that the AI provider cannot be reached from the server at its address — while everyone else is told the AI is not available right now.
