Design your invoices and receipts

Each document your apps produce — Invoice, Receipt, Quotation, Guest folio and more — has a template you can shape. Until you save one, the defaults for your country apply.

Steps

1. Open Invoices & receipts. Each document type shows its Version {version} or says Not saved yet — showing the defaults for {country}.
2. Press Design this document on a type. Set the numbering prefix and padding, the colour, the columns and the languages the document is printed in.
3. Save. The screen says Saved; a field the product refuses is marked, and the message says why.
