Design your invoices and receipts

Each document your apps produce — Invoice, Receipt, Quotation, Guest folio and more — has a template you can shape. Until you save one, the defaults for your country apply.

Steps

1. Open Document designs. A type whose template you have already saved carries a badge with its version number.
2. Press Design this document on a type. One you have never saved says so, and names the country whose defaults it is showing instead. Set the numbering prefix and padding, the colour, the columns and the languages the document is printed in.
3. Save. The screen says Saved; a field the product refuses is marked, and the message says why.
