Help somebody who cannot sign in

How everyone here signs in, and what to do when somebody cannot. The actions are on each person.

You need

• platform.users.security

Steps

1. Open Sign-in security. Each person shows whether two-step verification is on (Two-step on / Two-step off) and whether they are Locked out.
2. Open the person’s row to see the actions available for them — clearing a lock, or resetting their second factor if they have lost the phone.
3. Somebody marked Locked on their SISC-wide account is locked on the account they use across all their workspaces; the lock clears itself with time, or when they reset their password.
