Ask SISC to start a company again from empty

A company that has outgrown its first set-up, or was filled with test data, can be started again from empty without losing its people. It is done by SISC at your request, not from a screen of your own.

Steps

1. Ask support from the owner’s address, saying which company and why.
2. SISC takes a sealed backup first. If the backup cannot be made, nothing is reset.
3. The company gets a new, empty database. All its users and their access are kept; their sign-in sessions are not, so people sign in again. The subscription, the domains and the licences are untouched, and uploaded files stay in the vault.
4. The operator confirms in two steps within a few minutes and types the company’s address back before anything is changed. If anything fails before the swap, the company is exactly as it was.
