Find a client and open their file
Everything in this app is read beneath one client, so the client list is where it opens and where every other task starts.
You need
taxoffice.clients.read
Steps
- Open Tax & Audit Office. It comes up on Clients:
Every client this engagement lets you see. Open one for its file and the notices served on it.
- The list carries a Code, a Name and a Country, and nothing else. A tax number is not on it: a list is a way of finding somebody, and that number is the most sensitive thing on the record.
- A client whose country has never been set is marked Not set. Their file will not open until somebody sets it — every deadline on it comes from that country, and the app will not choose one for you.
- Click the row. The file opens at the side of the list with the notices served on that client:
What the authorities have served on this client, and when each answer is due.
An empty list is a fact about your own engagement rather than about the practice: Your engagement does not reach any client yet. An administrator can widen it.
