See the price this customer pays while you pick products

On a quotation, a sales order, an invoice or a proposal, once the customer is chosen, the product list and the Browse products panel show the price that customer actually pays.

Steps

1. Choose the customer first, then open the product field on a line.
2. Where the customer has a price list, or a promotion is running, the list shows their price in bold, the product’s own price crossed out beside it, and the promotion’s name or the price list’s name under it. The same appears on every card in Browse all products….
3. Pick the product: the line takes the price you saw. You can still type over it.
4. Without a customer, or for someone who may not see price lists, the list shows the product’s own price, as before.
5. On an Accounting invoice and a Hotel purchase order, the list and the panel now show the products’ real pictures. Someone who may add products in Accounting, or approve purchasing in Hotel, can add or remove a product’s pictures from its details in the Browse products panel; every picture is checked by File safety first.

The price always comes from your price lists and promotions, worked out by SISC’s server for this customer and this date, one request for the whole list, never guessed on the screen.
