Take AI notes from the AI box, with or without SISC Boardroom

Any company with the AI add-on can take notes of a meeting, a video call or a phone call straight from the AI box. SISC Boardroom does not have to be installed. Where it is, the same notes are on Boardroom’s Notes screen too.

Steps

1. Open the AI box and choose Notes at the top of the panel.
2. Press Take notes, choose what kind of conversation it is, and tell the others that you are recording. The red banner stays on while you listen.
3. Press Stop when the conversation ends. The AI writes the subject, the summary, the decisions and the action items, in the language that was spoken.
4. Open a note from the list to read it, share it with colleagues, or turn an action item into a task or a follow-up.

A note is private to the person who took it until they share it, and an administrator cannot read it either. The administrator gives people the right to take notes under the SISC AI Assistant heading on the permissions page.
