Let Follow raise follow-ups for you

Follow raises these by itself from every app you have installed, and closes each one when its cause is resolved. Installing an app switches its rules on; removing it switches them off.

Steps

  1. Open Rules. Under Automatic follow-ups, each rule names what it looks for, such as Overdue customer invoices, Unanswered quotations or Leave requests waiting.
  2. Switch a rule on or off, and set after how many Days or Hours it raises a follow-up. Follow checks every hour, and again when you open it.
  3. What it raises is marked Automatic and lands in My Follow-ups and Due Today for the people allowed to see that record. Closes itself when the cause is resolved. If the cause comes back, it opens again; one that a person closed stays closed.
  4. Some rules are personal — Tasks I assigned that are overdue, Purchase orders waiting for my signature and the drafts you left unfinished — and are seen only by you.
  5. With the AI add-on, press Rank my day to put your day in order, or Draft a message on a follow-up. Nothing is sent. Copy it, change it if you like, and send it yourself.
  6. Let AI read messages to suggest follow-ups: New WhatsApp messages and meeting minutes are read in the background for promises and dates. The AI only asks — nothing is followed up until the person says yes. Private mailboxes are never read. You answer under Should we follow these up? with Yes, No or Change date.

These rules need no AI. The AI add-on, if you add it, can also rank your day and draft messages. HR follow-ups are seen by HR staff and the employee’s line manager only.
