Keep one list of what has to be done

Tasks is included with every account. It is one list: yours, your team’s, and the work raised inside your other apps.

Steps

1. My Tasks is what you owe; Overdue is what has gone past its date.
2. Assigned by Me is what you have handed to others and are waiting on.
3. All Tasks shows the whole list, and Needs an Owner shows tasks that nobody has yet taken.
