Take AI notes of a meeting or a call
SISC can listen to a meeting, a video call or a phone call and write the notes for you: a subject, a summary, the decisions, the action items with who and by when, and the full transcript, in the language that was spoken. Only the words are kept — the sound is turned into text and deleted straight away — and a note is private to you until you share it. It needs the AI add-on.

meetings.notes.create
Steps
- Press Take notes on a meeting’s page, on a contact or a deal, in Notes of SISC Boardroom, or in the Notes section of the AI box. Choose the type, and a subject if you like.
- For a call in Teams, Meet or Zoom in your browser, choose The microphone and a browser tab (Teams, Meet, Zoom). Your browser asks what to share: pick the tab with the call and tick “Share tab audio”. This works in Chrome and Edge on a computer.
- The first time, SISC reminds you that the law on recording conversations differs by country — in the UAE, Jordan and Germany, for example, the others must agree. Tell everyone you are taking AI notes before you press Start listening.
- While SISC listens, a red banner says Recording — tell the others, and the words appear every few seconds.
- Press Stop and write notes. The AI writes the subject, summary, decisions and action items. Nothing becomes a task by itself: press Make a task or Follow up on the items you want.
- To let others read the note, press Share and choose colleagues or everyone in the company. They can read it; only you can change, share or delete it.
Phone calls: iPhone and Android do not let any app record a normal phone call. Put the call on speaker, open SISC on your phone or computer nearby, and press Listen. Speech is turned into text on your computer first; only if that isn’t possible is it sent to the speech service your company uses, and if none can listen, SISC says so before you start. Notes linked to a meeting, contact or deal also appear on that record under Notes from calls — only for the people allowed to read them.
