Use My HR on your phone: check in, ask, see your pay

My HR is your own HR, made for a phone: your day, your requests, your pay and your details. It shows your records and nobody else’s.

Steps

  1. Open My HR. On a phone its five places are in the bar at the bottom: Home, Requests, Pay, Profile and More. If it says your sign-in is not linked to an employee, ask HR to link it on your record under Sign-in account.
  2. Home shows Today and your Leave balances. Press Check in when you start and Check out when you leave. Your location is sent only if you tick Share my location with this check-in. This works once your company has switched on Check in from the phone.
  3. To ask for something, open Requests and press New request. Choose what it is — Leave, Short leave (hours), Overtime, Salary advance, Expense claim, Business trip, Letter or certificate, Resignation and others — fill it in and press Send.
  4. Each request shows Who decides and its History. While it is Waiting you can take it back with Withdraw request. For an expense claim, add the receipt: Upload the receipt to My records → Documents first; HR attaches it if you cannot.
  5. Pay has your payslips, each with its PDF, and the Yearly statement. An approved salary advance is taken back from your pay in the agreed instalments, and an approved expense claim is paid with your next salary.
  6. Profile shows your job, your manager and your personal details. You cannot change them yourself: press Ask to change, and HR checks and applies the change. Your bank account is shown by its last four digits only.
  7. More holds the Company documents HR shares with staff, My appraisals, My trainings, your Timesheet and My records.
  8. Beside the upload on a request, Attach from my documents and Attach from company documents attach a document you already have: your own, or one HR shared with staff. Only the people who decide that request can open it, for that request only, and each opening is recorded.

Every decision on your request reaches you as a notice. HR chooses which request types are offered and who decides each one, so your list may be shorter than the one above.
