Give customers their own prices on invoices

Price lists is the same set of price lists as Business Suite’s, opened from Accounting. Prices for customer groups and named customers, quantity breaks, and promotions whose label prints on the invoice.

You need

• accounting.pricelists.update

Steps

1. Open Price lists. On Customer groups, put customers who pay the same prices into a group.
2. On Price lists, press New price list, choose its currency and who it is For: customer groups, named customers, or both. Add a price for each product, with From quantity for quantity breaks.
3. On Promotions, press New promotion for a time-limited offer. Its Label printed on the document is printed on the invoice beside each line it prices.
4. Write an invoice on Invoices: each line is priced for that customer by the same rule as a quotation or an order. A price you type yourself is kept.
