See what is running low — and what this screen cannot tell you
Read the screen’s own banner before anything else, because it governs everything below it: This app knows what each product is, what it costs and when to reorder it, but not how many are on the shelf right now — that count belongs to the Materials app, which keeps the movements it is made of. Rather than print a figure it does not have, this screen shows none.

pos.inventory.read
Steps
- Open Inventory. Every product with stock tracking switched on is listed — the switch is Track stock for this product, on Products.
- Find a line by Search by SKU or name, reading the Product and SKU columns.
- The figure this screen holds is Reorder at — the level at which you want to buy more. It is set on the product, not here.
- Do not look for a quantity on hand: Stock on hand is not shown here is the banner saying so, and no number on this screen is one.
This screen shows and does not change: to turn tracking on or move a reorder point, go to Products. Turn on inventory tracking for a product and its stock will appear here.
