Set commission rates and read the report
What each staff member has earned in commission over a period, worked out from the rates the shop sets. Nothing on this screen pays anybody.

Steps
- Open Commission. Under Rates, a rate is a percentage of the line after discount and before tax, or a fixed amount per item — for a staff member, a product, a category, or a staff member and a product or category together.
- Where several rates could apply, the most specific wins: a staff member’s own rate for a product, then for its category, then for everything, then the shop’s rate for the product or category.
- Under Commission report, choose the trading days. Each person’s row shows services, retail, returns, commission and tips, and a return takes back its share.
- Press Download CSV and hand the file to whoever runs payroll.
Nothing here pays anybody or changes a payslip. Download the CSV for whoever runs payroll; SISC HR cannot take commission in automatically yet.
Setting a rate decides what a person is paid, so it is granted by name by the owner or an administrator.
