Change one price without opening the product
What each product costs you, what you sell it for, and what is left.
It is the same catalogue as Products, seen through the one question a shopkeeper asks most often.
You need
pos.pricing.readpos.products.update
Steps
- Open Pricing. Each row is one product with its Cost, its Price and the Margin between them.
- Find what you are after with Search by SKU or name — the SKU is usually faster than the Product.
- Click the row and press Change price.
- Type the New price and save. Nothing else about the product is touched, and the terminal charges the new price on the next scan.
The margin is shown rather than stored, so it follows whenever the cost on Products changes. Add products and their prices and margins will show here.
