Work the kitchen display

The tickets the tables and the counter have sent, oldest first — the order a kitchen cooks in — each with the minutes it has waited. The board refreshes by itself every few seconds.

Steps

1. Open Kitchen display on the screen at the pass. Pick your station, or leave it on Every station.
2. Move an item, or the whole ticket, one step forward: Start, then Ready, then Served. Steps only go forward; a dish that should not be made is voided on its check, not here.
3. A ready dish shows on its table in Floor plan, and a counter order moves to ready on the pickup board in Counter orders.

Which station cooks which product is set on the Stations and routing tab, by whoever holds pos.kitchen.manage. A product sent to no station still arrives, under Not routed.
